Putt-Putt Joins the ParadeDeveloper:Publisher:Platforms:,Released in US: September 9, 1992 (DOS, 3DO)This game has hidden development-related text. This game has unused graphics. This game has unused music. This game has revisional differences.Putt-Putt Joins the Parade is the first of many games developed by '90s edutainment juggernaut Humongous Entertainment. It is pretty short, but I enjoyed this game alot.
A great way to earn coins is doing the chores. You can also have Putt-Putt in another color by going to the Color Garage in town, after putting in 3 coins. He helps another car out, whose son is lost in a drive-in.Īfter finding him, the mother car gives Putt-Putt the balloon, and he can finally enter the parade. This was a great start to a classic series, it introduces both Putt-Putt and Pep. Eventually, he does find a pet, a dog he finds in a cave, who he names Pep. The parade requires all cars who participate to have a balloon and a pet, as well as go through a carwash, but Putt-Putt does not have a pet.Along the way, he does chores for the other villagers such as deliver groceries and mow lawns to earn coins.
Opalpika13 rates this game: 5/5The very first game in the Putt-Putt series, Putt-Putt, a purple car who lives in Cartown, hears news on the radio about a parade.
